SHIPPING DETAILS FOR SOUTHEAST MOTORSPORTS LLC

Bikes are shipped freight from Lebanon, Tennessee warehouse, if your address is residential the freight company will contact you a few days prior to the delivery date noted.

Please text or call as it will only delay your delivery. Call once you get the number and setup a date/time as to when they can deliver, it’ll ensure a simple delivery and no waiting. Bikes are shipped freight and require signature, no exceptions as we’re dealing with a bit of money per order.

We offer a 10-day return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned but will incur a 15% restocking fee, opened boxes will incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Please send an email with your order details/reason for return and wait for RMA. 

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt included in your order, as well as the RMA number; otherwise the return will not be honored.

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

Shipments may take a few days to leave the warehouse and possibly a few more days to actually receive a tracking number for freight orders. Please be patient as we’re working hard on getting orders out and in your hands. 

  • Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Support no later than 30 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery contact Customer Support.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping cost incurred by us. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price(s) minus the shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Pre-orders: Will be charged in full at the time of the order, if a cancellation is needed at anytime we can process the refund right away.

Freight Shipping:

  • Delivery takes approximately 1-4 business days, depending on the destination.

Express Shipping:

  • Available upon request for faster delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible:

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Product Availability: In-stock items ship promptly. Custom or back-ordered products may have longer processing times, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delivery Times

  • Nationwide Deliveries: Expect delivery within 1-4 business days for most larger items.

Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other external factors may impact delivery times. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
